I'm pretty sure that the person spamming Chinese scamposts can't get in anymore so I'm not terribly worried about it. Dealing with this is just annoying and I'd delete the account if not for random links to the site barely working without an account now.

There's no winning this year, tbh. Too many games came out that could fairly be argued to be in the top 6.
That being said, nobody should take the Doritowards seriously IMO. There's some major problems with how the vote's determined and it biases the end results.

Yeh, those are all fair point. You've actually listed the two of the bigger exceptions to that "usually" I said, with immutability probably being #1 and being a distro-deciding feature if you want it. But IMO a new user asking for help probably won't know enough about preference to answer specifics.

Basically. And if anyone starts arguing about distros in the same category (ex. Garuda comes up and another person says to use EndeavourOS instead) then it *usually* doesn't make a huge difference.

If it helps, 95% of distro choice boils down to Debian vs Arch vs Fedora/RPM vs esoteric weirdo distros, then everything else about distros is relatively minor opinions on default configurations. IMO it's easier to think about when it's boiled down to choosing between just 3 options.

Everyone needs to learn this about Discord. Artists need to stop using it as a gallery, especially after they introduced linkrot. Other big corporations need to learn that Discord is not a valid replacement for an in-house forum and tech support. It's not a good place to store stuff you want to keep

I really like Last Epoch but I'm a bit wary of recommending it due to the recent acquisition. Whatever management changes that brings haven't been actualized yet and I don't want to encourage people to buy a game just for it to potentially become monetization hell in 6 months.
