I spent so much time playing in the creek after softball games at that park! I heard the park in Loretto, TN recently got some hiking trails, and I've been meaning to check those out.

I've been thinking about this a lot lately! Especially with all the talk about there being an ADHD "epidemic." Maybe it's just that C-PTSD can look very similar to ADHD and most of us are traumatized. 😬
