There is a pastry chef at our local farmers market, a grad from Cordon Bleu. I went to get her croissants for our TG feast, and she had a few of these pumpkin-chocolate mousse pies. This pie was DIVINE! (Those are meringues on the top with caramel, chocolate and all sort of sinful deliciousness!)
