i know, right??

i feel like i can co-write really effectively by bouncing off ideas and working through ideas someone else has, but i struggle to make my own ideas coherent without help 😔

while I think I ultimately enjoyed arceus more (it had a stronger setting and plot to me), I still enjoyed the story and characters a lot! it really did feel like the proper conclusion to XY, and I like how it connected the two plots and handled the existing characters

i'm not familiar with japanese literature at all but when they start introducing characters like edgar allan poe and scott fitzgerald i'm going to lose my fucking mind

i love learning about the different authors, the lives they lived, the books they wrote, the themes they used, and how all of that is represented in the manga. it's a really neat concept and i feel like i'm learning a lot just by reading it
