I resided with my mother for two months. On March 16, 2001 I entered Franklin
Correctional Facility and exited on March 18, 2001 where I came back to my mother’s house for Saint Paddy’s Dinner.

This is the truth. Unadulterated.

I was charged with false report of an incident around December 18, 2000 and placed on probation, which restricted me from weed and alcohol. I lived with my mother and was drug tested bi-weekly by Warren County Probation’s, Kathy Johnston.

A few weeks later I went to get some weed from the same individual and he took advantage (ripping the pockets off the back of my Levi’s) of me and I let him, because I owed him money. Car insurance money.

Four months prior my ex and I were desperately low on cash with bills due. Car Insurance, to be specific.
My then husband said to me, “ S_ _ _ _ _ really likes you. Why don’t you go see if he’ll give you the money.”
I knew what he meant.

I called my mother and told her I was on my way with the children. We resided there until I secured a rental in Warrensburg in February of 2001.

When I somehow got away I collected the keys, walked ran to the door and hucked them and said, “Good luck!”
Once he found them he screamed at me that I was crazy and left.

I was surprised.We had been making plans.I reacted: I saw his keys on the table and got out of bed, when he saw me he was exiting our son’s room. He charged me, tackling me to the floor. I was just dozing off when my then husband sat down next to me on the bed and told me he was leaving me for another woman he had met at work.

We arrived home, my eldest got home and I prepared dinner.

When my then husband hadn’t arrived by the children’s bedtime I put my eldest to bed, pulled out the sofa sleeper for myself and youngest.

I’m from NY21 and I say, take her. For the love of all good, please.
