It shows Suguru Geto holding a microphone, this user has blocked out the original words and replaced them with the lyrics to "nonsense Christmas" by Sabrina Carpenter. The lyrics are "Lemme come warm you up, you been out in the snow Baby, my tongue goes numb, sounds like "ho-ho-ho"" The user also edited a Santa hat on Geto's head. The bottom of the manga panel has the words "numerous voices rise in opposition". The post is referencing a scene in the dubbed movie where Suguru Geto says "nonsense" really dramatically.
