Well, it looks like I have to start getting creative with my high protein, lowish fat meals to hit my macro targets. It's the second week in a row that Costco is out of their packaged chicken breasts and they were also out of the cartons of egg whites.

Sourdough discard chocolate chip cookies.
The oven was a bit smokey from the paper but they look great!

Sourdough discard cinnamon rolls.
They looked and smelled delicious BUT were not cooked all the way through. Also, I didnt have cream cheese so I had to improvise with a powdered sugar icing.
Our son gave them a rating of 7/10 because of the icing 😅
