@courtneymilan.com not wrong. i get a lot of cardio (need to be better about strength training, sigh), due to weird work schedules this week, couldn't hit my normal levels. while my physical health didn't suffer, my mental health was on the stabby side. not moving is a key indicator of poor health.

this is an interesting question. swedish meatballs are totally a 4 pm food in the winter.
