To be incredibly mildly fair, the replicator is based on transporter technology, it just uses saved patterns to recreate matter from energy, rather than breaking the matter down, transporting it, and reassembling

Generally speaking, these rules let them use anything you put into discord within the confines of discord, ie you can't claim they violated your copyright b showing other people on discord. They don't claim copyright over anything you put on there.

I should add a note that the instructions kind of suck. There's a couple of "custom" parts that have really crappy B&W photos, and you kind of have to guess at how to assemble them. If you can, it's a good kit. If you can't, it doesn't go together....maybe make it a 3/10 if you're not sure.

As people who get sick of it leave, the result will be that there's an increasing percentage of garbage. This will make it seem worse, as people get more and more emboldened to say even worse shit, because they're not being called out on it anymore.
