From what I am finding it's unclear if it qualifies as a dangerous weapon. Crossbows are legal for hunting during archery season. Law enforcement in Montgomery County would need to judge if he's allowed to possess one.

Having ancestors who emigrated from Bavaria, it has always troubled me relatives who stayed in Germany may have aided in the Holocaust or hiding those like Mengele after the end of WWII.

It's very sad that the law cost innocent lives. How long does someone need to be committed for mental health treatment before they are considered a risk? If reports are correct, he was committed for mental health treatment for 2 weeks for threatening a mass shooting...it's clear laws need reform

Hopefully, people wise up and vote him and Gaetz out. I can think of several others that need to be replaced, but those two would be a good start.
