I’m just wondering, why in this age of strict media control, a Labour Party Councillor can make a blog, using the logo of a proscribed terrorist organisation and get away with it whilst all holding up a Palestine Action poster or tweet something outrageous get arrested and jailed. Police enquiry.

One mounted officer can control the same area as 10 officers on foot during crowd management because of the height and presence of the horse.

It was an extremely powerful experience to pray for Pope Francis this morning at the St. Faith’s Chapel, the oldest in the UK. The stone floors are smoothed by the many prayers over the centuries and comfortable to kneel on. Afterwards morning prayers in the Choir before the high altar.
