I’m good with it. Put him side by side to the alternative (it’s Sunday so I’ll temper my language lol) and I think Canadians will choose well. We don’t want a duplicate of the chaos to the south.

Did you roast the bones? Hint my BIL gave me is too spread the carcass out on a cookie sheet, add peppercorns, onions, parsley, etc. and roast until both sides are nicely browned. Makes a much richer broth in the end. Enjoy!
