I took part in the #nordschwarzwald #triathlon : 3.8 km swimming in the #Nagoldtalsperre, 177 km cycling through the #blackforest on a vintage #colnago, and finally a 42.2 km #marathon through #Nagold - and I finished in 13:13 h.

I just finished the lovely #200km #cycling #brevet #Praha - #Jested , now I have completed rides of that length in/through ten countries
