Panel 1: Valery strolls with Lobar's Spacious Bag through the courtyard. The text reads "Lobar's Spacious Bag: Lobar's bag, often mistakenly called a purse. It has more space inside than out." Panel 2: Valery reaches into the bag while looking behind her to make sure no one is watching. Panel 3: Valery walks offscreen holding a wand. Panel 4: Valery begins using the Lunar Wand to shift her gravity. Text: LUNAR WAND "A wand that grants power over gravity that can be utilized in many ways." Panel 5: Valery stands on the wall in a field of gravity. Panel 6: Someone opens the door to the courtyard. Panel 7: Valery is startled. Panel 8: No longer maintaining the field, Valery starts to fall. Panel 9: Valery hits the ground. Panel 10: Lily asks "Whatcould that noise have been?" Athen suspects Valery is involved, saying "That girl." Panel 11: Hearing them, Valery quickly hides the Lunar Wand. Text says "Valery, may I speak with you?" and she replies "in a minute, teacher!" Panel 12: Valery begins walking toward them. Panel 13: Valery says "So what's the problem?" and Athen replies "There's no problem, just some news." Panel 14: Lily asks "Did you play in the dirt?" and Valery responds "Don't be ridiculous!" Panel 15: Valery says "I was reading, but then I got too relaxed and took a nap accidentally" Panel 16: Athen asks "What was that noise just now?" Valery says "It woke me up, but I didn't see it." Panel 17: Unconvinced but resigned, Athen responds "I see. Nevermind." Panel 1: Athen sits while Valery stands attentive. "I'm taking you to a sprite village called Lazy Meadow." Panel 2: Valery ponders this information. Panel 3: Valery asks "Am I being punished for something?" Panel 4: Athen explains "This will be part of your training, and I expect you to take it seriously!" Panel 5: Valery remarks "What would I be training in a sprite village, besides my patience?" Panel 6: Athen says "That is something you need to train. But you also need to see more places outside of this mansion." Panel 7: Valery looks annoyed as Athen lectures. "Learning magic is more than just reading books in some ivory tower." Panel 8: Zoom in on portrait in the background. "You must understand the world around you." Panel 9: Lily excitedly exclaims "I came from Lazy Meadow. The sprites there are very friendly." Panel 10: Valery asks "If it was nice there, why did you leave?" Panel 11: Lily replies "Athen was just more fun to be with." Panel 12: Valery snarks "I didn't realize organizing old tomes and fetching ink were your ideas of fun." Lily explains "He was different when I met him" with an annoyed look on her face. Panel 13: Lily exposits "Back then, he was a wanderer of sorts. And that was what lead him to us." Panel 14: Valery asks "So he misses the old days?" Lily responds "Maybe? I sure do."
