(also not resolving the "Marked for Vengeance" debuff means that Tulip gains a stacking "Vengeance Withheld" buff that is permanent through the fight and adds damage to the TBs)

"Tulip's Revenge", split tank buster targeting closest player to boss and closest player to the non-targetable, scholar fairy named Tulip. Closest to boss gets "Marked for Vengeance" debuff (has to bait fairy's TB next) and other gets "Vengeance Resolved" debuff (won't be targeted by next fairy TB)
