@oevfgh.bsky.social hat nun die Frage geklärt, ob die Rechtsberatung und -Vertretung für Asylwerber durch die BBU GmbH hinreichend unabhängig ist. Antwort: Nein. Damit wird die von ÖVP-FPÖ eingerichtete BBU Rechtsberatung teilweise als verfassungswidrig aufgehoben. www.vfgh.gv.at/medien/BBU.php
