Now, I can't speak for Science™ but this seriously worked for me; I started using a wedge pillow. I dunno WHY but the raised elevation reduced my migraines from like... 4 a week to maybe 1 a month? Changed nothing else.
Results may vary, may not work for everyone... but for me? Immediate.

I was pregnant with my child while starting UNDERTALE, and he was in my arms with my husband at my side when I beat the Best Route and got the true ending.

It's an unforgettable game and my lil family cherish it so.
