Last night we streamed “The Name of the Rose” (which @maeviuslynn.bsky.social had not seen before) only to discover that Amazon’s version censors about 4 minues from the film, including a brief but significant scene. Wishing I had popped in the BluRay instead.

I do worry about boys playing sport with girls. My daughter plays on the boys rugby team and she dwarfs the poor little fellas. She leaves a trail of flattened bodies & broken dreams as she storms through the centre like a Valkyrie.

I’m flipping from stimming and zoning out tonite, I’m going to put it down to the wether. Gusty spring wind gets me all flappy and angry.
