This book sent me to his other books … and some of those I liked even more. Love this style of lots of research, some human stories, then you find your own path based on a lot of facts.

Yeah, I have a dog in order to force myself to walk an hour every day. But nothing like getting onto an actual trail away from home ❤️. That’s a great hobby now

Ah, that makes sense. my boyfriend has been learning German for years because he works for a Swiss company. I tried French when I was a kid, but my pronunciation was unbearable to French people apparently 🤷🏻♀️.

The failed kind 🙃. Supposed to be a jar full of broccoli and clover sprouts. Instead it’s a sad handful. I’m working on my technique. Luckily they only take a few days - so I can try again any day.

Ooh, sous vide - tres fancy. Not entire sure what it is- but sounds ooh la la and fun. Why German? I’m still trying Spanish - but that’s going on 3 decades of trying to not be terrible at it 😆

And after actually validating (ugh) that article is there. It’s confusing- but it’s there. It’s not “great” in his ideas, but in his ability to sway the masses and blindly surge ahead despite his failures.
