This one beat me. Section 31 is unbelievably bad and should never have been made. Thank God it’s all over in one episode rather than a series.

People read this as less money in the home = poorer outcomes. That is A factor, sure. But, the real issue is parenting age 0-4. Instilling values, boundaries and manners is free. Toilet training, speaking and to your child is free. Teaching a child to hold a knife and fork is free.
