I think he's one of the only leaders of a large country on the planet who's even remotely inspiring, seems to genuinely be working for a fairer/more balanced world, and who I might ge somewhat proud to call my president. He seems to be more adaptable than a lot of his fellow heads of state.

Yeah, Wilson had nothing to do with that incarnation, thankfully for his reputation (granted, it reflected serious mental struggles... but it also meant he never had to play Six Flags). And Mike Love is and was definitely creepy, as well as musically lacking vision; he hated their Pet Sounds era.
