Fill test after restoration. Currently using silicone grease on the threads, but may switch to rosin thread sealant to make it last longer (But still easy to undo).

Here is a Sheaffer Cadet ( Tip-Dip Touchdown ) in Burgundy that I restored today. Made around 1950s during the time of the Sheaffer Snorkel. The Tip Dip was intended to fill with only the tip dipped in the ink.

Still Organizing my "pen space", but off to a good start framing two of my ~100 year old magazine ads for the decor (one is 1926, other 1928, got another that's 1921). Gotta put away the ink and notebooks and what not to actually have a space to write on, maybe a mounted shelf...
