Can you guys also look into the Parental Control block occasionally popping up on launch? Not sure if it’s platform specific, but it’s happened to me a few times now on Xbox Series S and I know it’s not an Xbox settings issue (I don’t even have parental controls turned on).

For clarification, I got my first 12 fragments from the Trenchway & Hall of Souls areas but then found 4 or 5 in the Mausoleum area after hitting step 5. AM I gonna need to get those 4-5 I already found later or will they stay counted when the quest continues in Act 2?

I noticed that after I got to step 5 I was able to still pick up Osseous Fragments in a different areas I hadn't collected the first 12 from before. When Act 2 launches, am I gonna have to re-collect the new ones I found past 12 or will they retroactively count towards future requirements?
