Old hippies and stoners are unquestioningly accepting half-hearted attempts at "AI art" in niche communities on FB. Unrelated but two brothers were wanting to create a school in my town that would have "taught" people how to write AI prompts. They were arrested for their part at the capitol on 1/6.

the existence of vtubers was an inevitability and I understand that. the problem is that their popularity and rise was never actually questioned. when all of them look and sound and look like they are either 30 year old adults or 10 year old kids...something's off. but completely unquestioned.

For some reason it blows my mind that someone's stipulation for helping their own daughter is that they have to in turn care for the parent when they begin to have mobility issues. How transactionary is your life that this is something that worries you??

These kinds of platitudes read more as ableist than inclusive. The idea that "unskilled" or disabled or otherly capable people need to use AI to achieve "acceptable" art is asinine and a self-report. It shows that you already have a barrier of adoption on what is considered "good" and "right".
