I’m really feeling the intensity of what’s happening in our world.
I’m a huge fan of historical fiction and have read a ton of stories based in the time of World War II. I feel like history is repeating itself.

Yesterday’s display of 🤷🏻♀️made me wonder how Kamala, Joe, Hilary, Obama, Pence etc managed not to scream. Talk about a masterclass in emotional regulation. Or numbness I guess. As a human it’s hard to comprehend!

Recently a family member was discussing politics and was upset that his tax dollars were going to pay for the bottom feeders.
I am a bottom feeder. So thoroughly disabled that I would die without a caregiver because I can’t even get a drink of water. I did not calmly explain that to him. 😉

Work: I’ve been teaching piano since I was 12. I didn’t teach it well at that age but I began to learn the craft. I find such joy in my work. Some frustration as well but 40 years in it’s mostly JOY.
