This is not a feel good story. It's just sad.

This is anecdotal, but the last 2x I've had the covid vaccine, the first day after, I'd ache and feel sleepy. But for 3 to 4 weeks, I'd feel great, like 20-30 years younger! No pain from arthritis, hip or knees. I started running on the treadmill again. I think it acts like an anti-inflammatory
