What a clown show. I swear he thinks he has a magic pen. The Pentagon says they had no warning about this dumbass order. Guantanamo held just over 700 people at its peak. The amount of infrastructure needed to hold 30,000 detainees plus staff would take years to build. It is all PERFORMATIVE.
