Love this, Noelia: "The purpose is transparency! The outcome for me is mental clarity; the outcome for my clients is, hopefully, trust." We all HAVE an AI policy, even if it's not conscious or written down; thinking about our values and tasks and writing it down is a valuable action anyone can do.

Hmm, I never use genAI for my writing, but I've often put bold subheadings on longer bullets in some articles. (Predating genAI, so maybe it learned that from me and others. sorry!) Aside from style, I agree that stereotyping millennials (or any other 'generation') like this is usually unhelpful :)

This, btw, is why so many of their commercials failed to resonate. A little girl doesn’t need a chatbot to help craft a letter to her favorite athlete. The only people who think she does are the people selling chatbots.
