Why should the US or another country have any say on the size of ukraines military? You know what? It's nobody's business other than Ukraine. That sounds like making Ukraine a sitting duck for the next time.

Went to Cuba in February. They have rolling blackouts everyday. Our hotel had their own generator. It iscso sad how desperate that country is.

Are feds going to reimburse states? Not a lot of states can absorb that expense. And then the feds shouldn't be using my tax dollars to wag the dog in DC
