Went in November. Fascinating country, diverse, racially inclusive, beautiful scenery and everyone we met was proud of their heritage. And so welcoming. They deserve so much better. The USA government is a bully and a stain on humanity. Imo.

There's no capacity in private sector either. And i would properly fund it, train and recruit more staff, which is the major problem, not actual beds. Fund the NHS not give money to private companies who charge more and offer less.
