I had such fun running the 10km in this weekend’s TCS Sydney Marathon. What what a city, what a day, and what a great event. I am hooked! Seoul next, and fingers crossed on my ballot for the full marathon in Tokyo!

For less than 2USD, I can find and chat with a doctor in my grab app in Indonesia. Presumably they can prescribe and dispatch meds to me via a grab rider too. Asia really stands to leapfrog the rest of the world in digital health. #balibelly

It will never cease to amaze me how easy and how inexpensive it is to zip across China at 350 km/hour. Getting onto the train in West Kowloon at the start of a holiday week is another story.
