I know how you feel. Where is everyone? I seem to get weird posts from USA - my old friends either disappear or haven’t made the move 😔.

I work in a school where we are given free tea, coffee, sugar and milk. I never, ever take this for granted. It is a huge mark of respect and care for staff.

As long as they have the systems and staffing in place, HTs and other staff should get time at home where they can work without distraction.

It’s not just those young ones whose lives we impact. We change the lives of our colleagues too. We are privileged in so many ways. (I’m a SENCO not a HT.)
