YEAH! I got 2 fruit spread trios!!! I have been using her fruit spread and Trader Joes frozen all butter puff pastry to create amazing things
My favorite is to spread a thin layer of on the pastry, add ham, brie and thinly sliced jalapeños.
Twist the puff pastry into straws and bake

Done with the hall above the stairs. I was entranced by Farrow&Ball Pelt. After a test patch I freaked out because it is so dark and rich.
I tried some other colors and none of them inspired me to climb a 10 ft ladder at the top of a staircase like Pelt did.

My 3 jars of orange marmalade arrived! I never had it before.
As always, I appreciate that Meghan's preserves are not too sweet.
The marmalade has such a complex taste! I am going to use it in chicken stir-frys and in dipping sauces.
I can't wait for what she has for us next !

You will think you are in Greece or Egypt and it so dead easy to make.
Diluted it becomes fattoush salad dressing, just add toasted pita and lettuce.
Or just eat it on crackers, it is that good!
