Spending the day at SouthLondon & Maudsley FT gave me insights into the learning & work to improve mental health care. Including reduction in restrictive practices & increasing smoking cessation to improve health outcomes.

I got to spend time @Royal National Orthopaedic with Chief Nurse Louise Morton. Also Kate Tait CEO Horatio's Garden & Dr Olivia Chapple OBE its founder. The gardens nurture the wellbeing of people after spinal injury in beautiful, vibrant sanctuaries within the heart of NHS spinal injury centres.

#WhyWeGetVaccinated Cervical cancer can often be prevented, & the #HPVvaccine plays a key role in reducing the risk. Since the programme started in 2008, rates of cervical cancer have dropped significantly, saving many lives. The vaccine is safe & the best way to protect from this virus.
