Saw a bloke with similar kit in our local pool. I didn't ask, but assumed he was scuba training. Wifey coaching from the deck. Such a diversity of people and activities in our little country town pool!

I've been doing laps in your place. After an absence of nearly 6 years in the pool. Less than 2 weeks in, the improvement in my muscle tone is noticeable. Magnesium bath wishes to you!

My physio gave me a few routines to improve balance and core. Standing on one foot to put on sock, shoe and tie laces on the other foot is a test, I can tell you. Even walking toe-to-heel was wobbly business - at first.

Same here. And the last time I had a cold/virus was in the 90's. Pretty much a lone-masker in my town. Really disappointing that people aren't masking in medical/health settings (in particular.)
