Harry was my Cary Grant dog. He got even more handsome and distinguished as he aged. These pale yellow labs just gradually turn whiter over time so that you almost miss their transition into senior dogs! But Trooper doesn’t need to worry about that now. He has stuff to do! 💛

Tick alley <shudder> why do almost all the best places also attract ticks. Glad you get a break from them in winter and that Trooper’s heavy white coat works well as tick armor. He reminds me so much of my last yellow lab, Harry, when he was in his prime (see pup pic below). Thanks for sharing him!

I remember showing someone my darning egg decades ago and her response was why would you bother repairing socks. Just buy new ones. Glad you find comfort in giving your socks a second chance at protecting your feet! Feel better soon!
