I understand the message and I agree about Trump, but in the end there are more important tasks for the vice-president of a (the) worldwide leading nation than serving food... the available time is limited....
I'm on bluesky since a few days and concentrated on the med bubble, but already I see almost only political tweets from the same accounts like on X!? Does bluesky monitor my X activity?

25mm Trifecta aortic valve prosthesis (taken off the market last year) 4 years after implantation. The union of the leaflet perforated by the prosthesis’ own stent pillar. It is almost like the prosthesis committed ritual suicide. #heartsurgery #medsky #cardiosky #aorta #cardiology
