The Bill of Rights (containing the first ten Constitutional Amendments) was ratified on December 15, 1791. The protections enumerated in the Bill of Rights belong to all of us, regardless of race, creed, or national origin.

Gerrymandering has an ugly history of excluding and silencing minority voices. The 2026 Redistricting Amendment will bring fair maps to the Illinois General Assembly. It is unrelated to the ongoing U.S. Congressional redistricting battles.

OK, so our "Secretary of War" currently has two big priorities: (1) murdering innocent fishermen in the Caribbean, and (2) endangering the lives of commuters in Southern California.
