Same. I think NewEgg used to be a legitimate retailer of computer stuff but I found out they're an Amazon proxy. The Walmart website seems similar but I'd never knowingly purchase from Walmart either.

Sorry, no help. The Nikon scanning software that came with my 9000 can do that on color negatives, but not black and white. VS doesn't do it on either, as I understand. The main reason I keep a old Win7 machine is to run that old Nikon software.

Wide angle adapter lens is factory, and the camera has a setting to go with it it that compensates for some pincushion effect. Some. Maybe some CA too, but I haven't shot in color with it yet. Camera was set to B&W.

High ISO. Noise and sharpening filters are turned down in the camera and I didn't do anything to mitigate them in post. I was hoping it would look like film grain if I shot in black and white, but maybe not so much.
