To me it sounds like he has already decided and his "accommodation" of Sarah McBride is to force her to use a different bathroom. Basically segregating her from other women.

I've been fighting it out with Burns for awhile now. He is truly reprehensible and has caused a lot of negative attention for Monroe. If you are reporting on Monroe I'm happy to talk. I've been interview by reporters before.
