My biggest hope is that they become friends in HB season 3. Then, when Chaggie would expects a child in the later seasons of Hazbin, Charlie could ask for parenting advices from Stolas. (Let's be real, Luci wouldn't have many good advices)

I headcannon that he's like Belos from THO. Locked in the mindset of a child, seeing the world in black and white with enemies and would-be enemies. My guess is he's doing this to cope with the trauma of seeing his dad kill his mom when he was young, so he warpped his mind into thinking-

Maybe this will lead the forces of Heaven to force Charlie to make sure the sinners are proprely trained for Heaven, even if it means losing parts of themselves. All this would cause massive chaos and conflict, in which Roo would make her grand return.

- back on Earth? Like in the saying : "Hell is other people". And I bet the winners would also hate that sinners would ruin their perfect space with their drugs, sexual deviancies and foul language. Maybe Lute will lead a movement asking to kick to sinners out so to "Make Heaven great again".

We know that Heaven has some really elitist standards when it comes to accepting people normally. (Ex : The brightest, the politest/ The chums are 10) So I think most of them would want to sinners out. Like imagine if a guy in heaven meets a redeemed sinner who happens to be the one who killed him-

Ok, I think it will look like this : Sinners will start coming more and more to Heaven. However, with the Hotel now giving up on their "how to be a model citisen lesson" for simply helping the Sinners redeem their sins, the new sinners will be too chaotic and wicked for the winners to handle.
