I saw a Youtube video about a pro background artist painting a sky, so I thought why not grab the dusty watercolor tubes and brush and just paint?

I'm out of the diet now and SUDDENLY I am doing better.

I must say, the mind ruminates when you're nutritionally-deficient. I'm currently 79kg now after 18 days of caloric deficit (82kg before).
Work has been shorter, and I get easily stressed or sad.
