I’ve gotten a couple in the past week that could have been written by my husband. The first one was worded exactly like his typical checking-in text. The other one said something related to an in-person conversation we had had an hour earlier. I hate it.

This whole discussion began shortly after my own mastectomy and chemo, so no breasts and a buzz cut. This scenario was on my mind constantly. I’m so sorry your wife had to deal with their ignorance and bigotry.

I was starting to get that from some other posts. We were mostly doing it just to do it, no plans to move, and it took so long I stopped paying attention to the progress. That sucks for people who might need it though.

My great-grandparents immigrated from Italy and we have been working on getting dual citizenship. It’s possible but takes a really long time. Like, years.

This is crazy. Hope you can get it straightened out.

So far, the majority of those who I have seen regretting their vote are mad because they lost their job or some grant was taken away. Not much dismay over kids in Guantanamo or Russian newspapers in the Oval Office. Pure selfishness.
