I know a number of folks who've really benefitted from the faster acting CGRP antagonists. May have to fight insurance for it, but can be fast enough to abort the migraine before it really hits. If you+doc document impact of sumatriptan being too slow, harder for insurance to win.

I worry the changes from 2017 requiring California physicians to finish 3 yrs residency before moonlighting (longest in the nation) will hurt our ability to attract doctors, and cause a lot of financial hardship. it’s already with these changes very challenging unless you happen to come from wealth…
