Things SUCK, but Park Jimin is home from the military, so I gotta, ya know, survive, so I can see him in concert someday. Fighting!

The only thing holding me together at this point is knowing that Jimin and Jungkook have safely come home from their military service. #jikook

A nice, relatively light-hearted book about bright women working in an old bookshop during post-war London. I much preferred its prequel, The Jane Austen Society, but Juliet Stevenson does a lovely narration and it was enjoyable to listen to on long commutes!

Richard Armitage gave another fantastic narration of a wonderful novel, really bringing the characters to life. #booksky

I can’t in good faith recommend this book to anyone struggling right now. It’s beautifully written and the voice actress does an amazing job, as always, but it’s so heavy, like taking a pain-hammer to a suffering-anvil, constantly. I’m gonna go watch comedy shorts to recover. #booksky

There are so many moronic assholes who love this narcissistic moronic asshole and it baffles me.

Richard Armitage did a fantastic job narrating The Jane Austen Society and I enjoyed seeing so many traits of Austen’s characters twinkle out from this novel’s characters. A nice, relaxing read. #booksky

Shitler couldn’t even bring himself to pay lip service today to those who made the ultimate sacrifice. I have no idea what so many “patriots” see in that orange turd.

There is practically no plot to this novel, but the narrator has such a mellifluous RP accent that I happily sat through 18 hours of the “My Dinner With Andre” vibes, just enjoying the characters and descriptions of food. A nice break from the heavy stories I’ve been reading lately. :-) #booksky

Call me insanely optimistic, but I’m hoping there’s trials, and then we need not think of them again, except as a lesson learned.

Decorating the grave for the holiday weekend. I miss my girl so much but I’m so glad she’s at peace with grandpa and not seeing this absolute shitshow unfold.

Although the characters could be a little whiny, they were also very human and complex, and it was a good story; great job on the audiobook! #booksky.

Trials. I will exist out of spite at least long enough to someday see the trials for this regime.
