But I think you're doing okay for your first year, even if it doesn't feel like it. Fan-art is generally a pretty good way to get eyes on your stuff, and if you don't feel comfortable making art of another artist's OC, you can pick a character from some media.

Not being the person that posts meltdowns on bsky about not getting enough attention will generally help you cultivate a "vibe" that people want to interact with.

Otherwise? <1% engagement is pretty par-for-the-course on social media for someone at your follower count.

I don't know how "smart" you want, but FABUI did have in-browser notifications which have annoyingly become Windows notifications, somehow. It only works on Firefox now, and the developer doesn't have the time to remake it to work in Chrome again. Regardless, I like it

I think that, largely, organ specialization would be relegated to families, but dentists and dermatologists (and also likely optometrists) may need to hyper-specialize down to genus/species.
