Heroes without capes. Two teachers saved my daughter's life in a paired kidney exchange 5 yrs ago today. We later learned two additional teachers were donors in that same kidney chain. Several lives were saved.

This is what I am talking about. When one does not fundamentally understand how distribution of taxes from the Dept of Ed works it causes chaos for all. In this case, those folks in Tennessee, here I especially think of East Tennessee, who are about to get hosed. Great post and information.
