Maybe you can talk to your landlord to see if he can get fiber installed in the building? I did that at my old place and convinced my landlord to let AT&T install their fiber cable.

I feel the same. I left my place of five years a few years back. It was a garden unit so not ideal but I got attached to the place. It took a while for me to get settled into my new place. It helped to go out for walks and find places I liked nearby. Plus I can walk to the lake again!

The tamales place right by your office is fantastic. There’s also a place across the street from your office that has some pretty good meal deals. My partner get food both places pretty often.
