how about the "well established wall" of the international rule of law upheld by ICC and ICJ?as arrest warrants were issued on Netanhanyu for Israel's GENOCIDE, Biden threw those PEACEKEEPING orgs under the bus and undermined their authority so we now don't have a functioning global justice system?
