I’ve had mine for about 3 (?) years now, and I do enjoy it. But I miss the portability of both the intuos draw and the ipad air. This one is also not a touchscreen, so unless you’ve keybinded stuff to rotate then it’s a lot of fiddling. You CAN buy those separate keydials but that’s too rich for me.

This one is a more recent issue, but the cable on my Huion needed to be replaced. It needed to be held and propped up a certain angle or else the screen would flicker and turn green. This is apparently just a Huion issue (according to Reddit). But it’s a simple fix, just buy a new cable.

I draw with a light touch so it was very noticeable to me initially, you can fiddle with the settings and that should help.
You cannot have both Wacom and Huion drivers installed in the same device. Huion will give a warning for that too. They fuck each other up.

The Huion I have is significantly cheaper compared to the other two, but I can see what’s been sacrificed.
The pen pressure sensitivity, it’s not much but I can SEE and feel the difference. But you get used to it.

This isn’t a world where it’s all rainbows and sunshine and everyone holds hands though, there were wars waged by gods and in their names, and it did a number on the world. So to be able to still HAVE a world, they have to get along. Tension brews under everyone’s skin.

Yes, yes. I operate also on the idea that some of the gods of my world display more “human” behaviors. Some of them can be very fickle, some of them haven’t interacted with humans as much so they’re socially inept, etc.
I love gods with flaws.

To be able to co-exist with people from other factions who worship other gods, for the sake of honoring treaties and also to not damage the world beyond repair, they have to uphold more generic laws over focusing on one specific religion.
So it’s a lot of walking on eggshells. For everyone.
